Text Message (SMS) Privacy

This section applies to text messages and calls sent by Dutch Valley Roofing and adds to Section 6 above. If it conflicts with anything else in this policy about your mobile number, this section controls.

What we collect. When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we collect the number, your name, and a record of your consent (the date, the time, and how you gave it).

How we use it. We use your mobile number to send estimates, scheduling and project updates, invoices and payment reminders, warranty follow-ups and, if you agree, promotional messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The sharing described in Section 4 does not include your mobile number or your text-messaging consent. We may use service providers that help us deliver messages, and they may use your information only to deliver our messages to you.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, and we will confirm and stop texting you. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
